What is a Client?

A Buyer-Client is someone who has hired me, with an Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement, to represent them in buying real estate, and a Seller-Client is someone who has hired me, with an Exclusive Listing Agreement, to sell their home or other real estate.

The fact that these are 'Exclusive' agreements means that these clients have agreed to work only through me for the duration of the agreement, and I know that if my efforts in their behalf are successful, I will be paid. In return for their commitment to work exclusively with me, I provide a higher level of service to clients than I do to other customers and prospects.

What Extra Services are provided to Clients?

Tom Salvetti clients receive two levels of Special Services. The first level is embodied in the legal and fiduciary responsibility that arises out of the hiring agreement, and it is the same for every NH real estate agent. The second level of Special Premium Services are those that I offer to make your buying or selling experience exceptional.

What are some of the Premium Services for Sellers?

Seller-Clients receive periodic written progress reports. They also are given a private username and password they can use to log in to a Personal Client Web Page, available 24/7, to check the latest developments in their sale. I keep track of nearly all events relating to a listing or closing in an extensive database that can be updated from my office or in the field on my hand-held computer. Seller-Clients are also eligible for advertising on the TomSalvetti.com website, and I provide links from ads to online brochures and other property information that can be easily downloaded. Premium Services are constantly being evaluated and new ones added.

What are some of the Premium Services for Buyers?

Buyer-Clients receive periodic written progress reports. They are eligible for automatic daily email notification of new properties that meet their search criteria, and are given login access to a web page that checks for new properties anytime between email updates. When a transaction has been entered into, Buyer-Clients are given a Personal Client Web Page, available 24/7, to check the latest developments in their purchase. As with Seller-Clients, new Premium Services are constantly being evaluated.
